Matthew Brinegar

Since becoming licensed in 2022, Matthew has gained experience and knowledge in many aspects of the oil and gas industry. As an associate at Dawson Springman, he has primarily focused his practice on preparing Oil and Gas Drilling Title Opinions, Division Order Title Opinions, Limited Acquisition Title Opinions, and other opinions related to oil and gas title matters, as well as reviewing joint operating agreements, participation agreements, and unitization agreements.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he dual majored in Accounting and Finance before attending the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law.

Matthew was born and raised in Arlington, Texas, where he now lives with his wife, Raleigh, and their two pets.
