Biography
Matthew Brinegar is an associate attorney at Dawson Springman whose practice focuses on oil and gas title opinions. He prepares drilling, division order, limited acquisition, and other opinions related to oil and gas title matters.
Since becoming licensed in 2022, Matthew has gained experience in the oil and gas industry through title work and the review of joint operating agreements, participation agreements, and unitization agreements.
Before attending law school, Matthew studied accounting and finance at the University of Texas at Arlington, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major. He graduated cum laude and went on to earn his J.D. from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law.
Matthew was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. Outside his legal practice, he shares life with his wife, Raleigh, and their two pets.
